1Freezing your credit or debit card will not stop autopay transactions, refunds, canceled transactions or adjustments to your account balance. Freezing, archiving or deleting your card is not an alternative for reporting a lost or stolen card. Digital cards connected to your accounts will be turned off. For debit cards, freezing your card will not stop purchases made with other cards linked to your account. For credit cards, freezing your card will turn off all other cards associated with your credit card account. Availability is dependent on your mobile carrier’s coverage area or internet connection.
