• How do I activate my American National Bank debit card and select my PIN?

  To activate your new debit card and select your PIN, please call 866-642-0450 from the primary phone number on file. Please note: If you do not call from your primary phone number, the system will not recognize you.

• Help! What do I do if my debit card was lost or stolen?

  If your American National Bank debit card was lost or stolen, please call 800-279-0007 during regular business hours, or call 800-808-6402 for help after hours.

• How do I change my debit card PIN?

  To change your PIN for your American National Bank credit card, please call 877-265-9594 and have your card available to enter the requested information.

• My debit card is expiring soon, what should I do?

  You should automatically receive a new debit card from American National Bank prior to the expiration date. If you have not, and your card has expired or is about to expire, please contact Customer Service.

• How do I use tap and pay?

  Your contactless card allows you to make payments by tapping your card close to a contactless-enabled point-of-sale terminal, rather than having to swipe it or insert it into a chip reader. When you tap near the contactless symbol, your payment is sent for authorization.

• Is tapping to pay secure?

  Yes, tap to pay is a secure way to make a payment. Your contactless card uses the same secure encryption technology as your current EMV chip card.

• What is my American National Bank routing number and account number?

  American National Bank’s routing number is 104000854. Log in to the app or our website and select Details to find your account number.

• I received a Fraud Alert Text from American National Bank, what should I do?

  If you have received a Fraud Alert Text from American National Bank about a transaction on your account, and you authorized the transaction, please respond YES. If you did not authorize the transaction, please respond NO and contact the Fraud Department at 800-889-5280 to review transactions and close your card, if needed.

• I will be traveling soon; do I need to notify the bank so that my debit card doesn't get turned off?

  It is suggested that you notify ANB when you will be traveling so that our fraud prevention team does not flag your account for unusual use. To let us know that you will be traveling, please call 800-279-0007 during regular business hours, or if it’s after hours, please call 800-889-5280.

• How do I order more checks for my American National Bank checking account?

  Click here to order more checks online. Or, login to the ANB Go app or our website, click on your account, and select Reorder Checks.

• How do I view check images?

  1. Log into the ANB Go app or our website
  2. Select your account
  3. Select Transactions
  4. In the search (magnifying glass) type “Check”. Input the check number.

• How do I close my American National Bank checking account?

  Closing an account requires a signature, please visit a branch location. If you are unable to visit a branch, you must send a notarized letter that includes the date of the request, full name, current address, phone number, last 4 digits of your social security number and request to close your account. A check will be mailed to you with any remaining funds in your account.
