• How do I use a Teller Connect ITM?

  Start by touching the interactive screen and a teller will appear to assist you. Once you’re connected, the teller will be able to help you with your transaction. Even if you’re using Teller Connect for the first time, you’ll be in good hands.

• What kind of banking can I do at a Teller Connect ITM?

  Almost all transactions that are currently done face-to-face at a branch can be done through Teller Connect, including deposits, withdrawals, account transfers and payments.

• What is the difference between an ATM and an ITM?

  An ATM (Automated Teller Machine) is a self-service machine that lets you complete basic transactions such as withdrawals and balance inquiries.

  An ITM (Interactive Teller Machine) combines the convenience of an ATM with the assistance of a live teller, so you can have your questions answered and complete more complex transactions like deposits and transfers.

• Will my conversations be private?

  Yes. Teller Connect ITMs offer several ways to maintain privacy. Drive-Up Teller Connect machines let you adjust the speaker volume or plug in your own ear buds or headset. You can also use the touch screen to type messages or scan a written message on a piece of paper for the teller to read. Your privacy is important to us and Teller Connect gives you the flexibility to choose how you communicate with the teller.

• Do I have to be an ANB client to use Teller Connect?

  No. Current clients and non-clients can use Teller Connect ITMs to conduct transactions.

• Can I deposit checks at a Teller Connect ITM?

  Yes. You can deposit up to 40 checks.

• Can I deposit coins? Can Teller Connect dispense coins?

  You cannot deposit coins into a Teller Connect ITM, but the ITM can dispense coins, including pennies, nickels and quarters.

• Can I get a money order or cashier’s check at a Teller Connect location?

  For this service, please visit us inside a branch and we will take care of these transactions.
